Using Impscriber

By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

A proof of concept

Impscriber is currently offered as a proof of concept, provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn, transcription and extraction can be imperfect, and you should not rely on it as your only record of anything important.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of the audio, transcripts and memory you create. You grant Impscriber only the permission needed to store, transcribe, index and display that content back to you, and to have processing services do the same on your behalf.

Recording and consent

You are responsible for having the right to record, upload and store every conversation you bring into Impscriber, including obtaining consent from participants where the law of your location requires it. Do not upload audio you are not permitted to record.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone.
• Do not attempt to reach another account's data, probe the service's security, or bypass usage limits.
• Do not upload malicious files, or content you have no right to share.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Your account

Keep your sign in credentials secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Impscriber is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost or inaccurate data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
